Renovation?
A low-cost renovation could maintain the spatial qualities of the building for cultural use. In fact the Palast shows similarities with the Centre Pompidou in Paris, through its urban integration, its volumetrical properties and its usable area. The controversial facade could be modified according to contemporary tastes.
