Compromise?
The Berliners are crazy. That is part of their charm. But that they are crazy enough to pay for the the facade of a private building themselves is strange. In fact the baroque facade should be privately financed, an initiative which politicians describe as unusual. Though only one third of the Palast (in red) would affect such an initiative.
